Shipping Policy

Payment

• All invoices are legally binding and must be paid in full. Payment for an order is made when the order is placed.
• 2 methods of payment are available:
• By Sum-Up on line by paying just after your order validation;
• By bank transfer by requesting the bank details from Métatron France via the e-mail address contact@my-metatron.com It is imperative to indicate the customer's name and order number in the reason for the transfer.

Shipping

• All orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment.

Delivery

• Delivery times may vary, depending on the time of payment, receipt of the order, destination and the carrier used for each country outside France and Europe.
• France and Europe: orders are generally delivered between 3 and 6 working days. Shipping costs are included in the price.
