Refund policy

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from the delivery of their order to return products, provided they are unopened, for exchange or refund, without penalty, with the exception of return costs. Please write to contact@my-metatron.com, indicating your customer number and/or invoice number. A member of the Métatron France team will tell you how to proceed.

Missing items

All missing items must be reported to contact@my-metatron.com within 3 calendar days of delivery in order to process a replacement. After this time, we will unfortunately be unable to process your request.
